Watercolor Meditations Workshop - Friday evening  (Exact time TBD)

Learn how to use watercolor painting for self-care and well-being. In our fast paced and hectic lives, we have a need, now more than ever, to find ways to relieve stress and prevent burn-out.  Watercolor painting is the perfect medium and outlet to help us maintain healthy well-being and balance.  Workshop will begin with a short talk about how presenter has used watercolor for meditation from small watercolor doodles to large completed works of art. Through demonstrations by presenter, and hands-on participant practice with the techniques presented, participants will learn how to use watercolor as meditation and ways to incorporate this into their daily life. No prior experience with watercolor painting required
